Meet Kharmika

Kharmika is the creator of Live Love Durham and a licensed North Carolina Real Estate Agent. She started practicing real estate after working as a U.S. Diplomat for five years. Representing United States' ideals and values abroad  was a fine job, but along the way she realized it was more important to live and invest in her community. She is passionate about creating generational wealth and believes homeownership and entrepreneurship are powerful ways to empower people and the communities they come from.
